Franchise Development Manager

About the Role:

Blu Diamonds is seeking a results-driven Franchise Development Managerto lead the brand's franchise expansion across India. The role involves identifying potential franchise partners, managing the complete franchise sales cycle, and building long-term relationships to expand Blu Diamonds' retail presence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and generate qualified franchise leads across target markets.
- Manage the complete franchise acquisition process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct market research to identify high-potential locations for expansion.
- Present the Blu Diamonds franchise model, investment opportunities, and business potential to prospective partners.
- Evaluate franchise applicants and coordinate the due diligence process.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalise franchise agreements.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless franchise onboarding and store launch.




- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective franchise partners.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to generate current business opportunities.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and expansion opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise acquisition targets.

Requirements :

- 5 years of experience in franchise sales, franchise development, business development, or retail expansion.
- Proven track record of acquiring and onboarding franchise partners.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings and market visits.
- Experience in jewellery, retail, luxury brands, fashion, or consumer businesses is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
