Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a leading construction company in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have experience in procurement for high-rise residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement activities for multiple project sites.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Ensure timely procurement of construction materials.
- Monitor material planning, inventory, and delivery schedules.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Coordinate with project, planning,



and site teams to meet project requirements.

Requirements

- 6–10 years of procurement experience in the Construction/Real Estate industry.
- Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects is mandatory.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
