We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Executive with 3+ years of experience in performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in managing large-scale Google and Meta advertising campaigns, driving revenue growth, and optimizing campaign performance for e-commerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing strategies across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Manage campaign budgets and maximize ROAS while reducing CPA.
- Lead campaign planning, audience segmentation, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.




- Track key performance metrics and present regular reports to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and best practices.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Robust hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Mandatory experience managing e-commerce campaigns.
- Proven ability to scale campaigns while achieving performance goals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Agency experience is preferred.
