Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Expert to manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The candidate should be data-driven and capable of generating high-quality leads at optimized costs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Manage daily ad budgets and bidding strategies
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Track KPIs like CPL, ROI, ROAS
- Generate performance reports and insights

Requirements:

- 2+ years experience in Meta & Google Ads
- Solid understanding of audience targeting & funnels
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Google Ads certification (preferred)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000/month (based on experience)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
