The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel to ensure smooth functioning, excellent guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability. The role involves managing all operational departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Guest Services while maintaining hotel standards and policies.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
