Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and target-driven Sales Coordinator to support our student enrollment process and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be customer-focused, and have the ability to convert inquiries into successful enrollments while maintaining strong relationships with parents and students.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Explain Learn Nest's courses, teaching methodology, and pricing.
- Convert leads into enrollments by understanding customer requirements.
- Follow up regularly with prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate with the academic and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Respond to inquiries received through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and referrals.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements





- 1 year of experience in sales, education counseling, telemarketing, or customer relationship management
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convince and negotiate effectively.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
