Job Description – Senior Marketing Executivea

Company: Windsor Group (Real Estate Developer)
Location: Shivajinagar, Pune
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Role Summary:
Windsor Group is looking for a dynamic Senior Marketing Executive with 6–10 years of mandatory experience in a Real Estate Developer firm. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing activities to strengthen the brand, generate quality leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute brand strategy and ensure consistent brand positioning.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, social media, and online promotions.
- Track lead generation, campaign performance, ROI, and marketing MIS.
- Coordinate exhibitions, project launches, events, branding, and promotional activities.
- Manage creative agencies, digital partners, media, printers, and other vendors.
- Maintain and update the company website, brochures,



presentations, and digital assets.
- Handle MDOC updates and internal marketing communications.
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Design, and Management teams for timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop sales support materials and contribute to customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, budgets, and performance dashboards.

Qualification: MBA/Graduate in Marketing or Business Administration.

Skills: Strong communication, creativity, analytical thinking, project coordination, vendor management, digital marketing knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: 6–10 years of relevant experience with a Real Estate Developer is mandatory.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
