Senior Sales Manager
Experience: 8–10 Years in sales preferably in real estate industry.
Annual Salary: ₹8,40,000 – ₹9,00,000 Incentives: Sales incentives as per company policy
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans. Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Handle high-value clients and close major deals.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports. Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nedumbassery, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Real estate sales: 8 years (Required)
