Codevern is hiring an HR Recruiting Intern to assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities. This role is ideal for students or freshers looking to gain practical HR experience in a fast-growing technology company.

The candidate will work closely with the HR team to source candidates, schedule interviews, maintain recruitment records, and support onboarding activities.

Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and job portals
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Conduct initial HR screening calls
- Maintain candidate databases and hiring trackers
- Post job openings on recruitment platforms
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates
- Support onboarding and HR operations

Requirements





- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and hiring platforms
- Positive organizational and multitasking abilities
- MS Office / Google Workspace knowledge
