Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate should have good communication skills and experience in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates from portals like social media, and references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.
- Schedule interviews with department heads.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview timings and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.
- Prepare offer letters and follow-up with selected candidates.




- Handle employee onboarding and documentation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
