CRM Manager – Real Estate

We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to manage post-sales operations and customer relationship management for a leading real estate developer. The role involves handling customer queries, collections coordination, possession process, documentation, CRM software, customer retention, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the buyer journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end post-sales customer relationship management.
- Handle customer queries, escalations, complaints, and service requests.
- Coordinate with sales, legal, finance, accounts, projects, and construction teams.
- Ensure timely agreement execution, documentation, demand letters, collections, and payment follow-ups.
- Manage possession, handover, registration, and customer onboarding.
- Maintain customer database, CRM software, MIS reports, and customer records.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality.
- Track customer lifecycle, TAT, SLA, and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with RERA timelines and company policies.
- Lead the CRM team and improve customer experience processes.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in Real Estate Developer / Residential Projects.
- Robust knowledge of post-sales, possession, documentation, collections, and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Excel.
