Position Overview

- We are seeking a skilled ERP Techno-Functional Consultant & Product Demonstration Specialist who can effectively connect client requirements with ERP product capabilities and business outcomes.
- This is a client-facing, solution-driven role responsible for product demonstrations, requirement gathering, solution mapping, and supporting ERP implementations.
- The ideal candidate understands ERP modules, business processes, and technical concepts, enabling smooth collaboration between sales, product, and implementation teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Demonstrations & Client Engagement

- Conduct customized ERP product demonstrations across industries (Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Real Estate).
- Explain functional workflows, key modules, integrations, and solution benefits to CXOs, managers, and end users.
- Prepare demo environments, user scenarios, and presentation materials.

2. Requirement Gathering & Solution Mapping

- Engage with clients to understand business processes, pain points, and requirements.
- Map client needs to Nway ERP modules and propose the best-fit solution.
- Document requirements, workflows, and solution blueprints for internal teams.

3. Pre-Sales Support





- Collaborate with Sales/Pre-Sales teams for proposals, RFPs, POCs, and solution presentations.
- Assist in designing proof-of-concepts, configurations, and pilot implementations.
- Support sales closures with functional/technical explanation and solution confidence-building.

4. Implementation Support

- Act as the bridge between client teams and internal technical/development teams.
- Support implementation teams during onboarding, user training, and initial ERP rollout.
- Ensure seamless handover from pre-sales to implementation and support teams.

5. Product & Process Improvement

- Share client insights, feature requests, and usability feedback with Product Management.
- Identify improvement opportunities in demo flow, documentation, and solution delivery.

Technical & Functional Knowledge

- Understanding of ERP modules: Finance, HR, Payroll, Projects, Inventory, Procurement, Assets, CRM, etc.
- Knowledge of databases, ERP configurations, integrations (APIs), and workflow logic.
- Ability to translate business processes into ERP workflows.

Skills

- Excellent presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Strong business process understanding across industries.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and demo platforms.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.

Other Requirements

- Willingness to travel for client meetings, demos, and implementations.
- Ability to work in rapid-paced, dynamic environments.
