- Attractive Incentives
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Generate and qualify leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and amenities to potential customers.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely responses.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaign-generated leads.
- Prepare daily call reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
