We want one person to own a set of brand relationships and turn interest into repeat revenue. You would work directly with the two founders.

Expect the role to change. We move rapid and test a lot, so your focus and targets will shift as we learn what works. If that sounds fun rather than stressful, you will fit here.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Own a set of brand accounts and be their main point of contact

· Turn one-off campaigns into long-term partnerships

· Follow up with brands that showed interest and drive deals to close

· Run outreach so new interest keeps coming in

· Use our AI tools to move faster than an agency our size should

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

· At least 4 years in account management, partnerships or client-facing sales

· Someone who gets things done without being chased





· Excellent written and spoken English. You will be on calls with US, UK and Australian clients.

· Comfortable with tech, quick to learn, and you use AI tools daily

· Confident on calls and happy owning a revenue target

· Organised, with real follow-through

· Creator economy or agency experience

· A feel for how YouTube sponsorships get priced

THE DETAILS

· Fully remote, full time, 40 hours a week. Work from any city in India.

· Some overlap with Gulf Standard Time, UTC+4

· Rs 76,400 to Rs 95,500 per month, plus performance bonuses

· This is a contractor role. It does not include PF, gratuity or health cover. Please factor that in before you apply.

You would work alongside the founders with real ownership, on brands that are already warm

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
