Hiring: Experienced Sharp Copier Service Engineer / Service Manager

Job Summary

M-TRANS Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sharp Copier Service Engineer / Service Manager to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Sharp multifunction printers and photocopiers. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and configure Sharp photocopiers and multifunction printers.
- Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing.
- Attend on-site customer service calls and resolve issues promptly.
- Replace spare parts and maintain accurate service reports.
- Provide technical support and customer guidance.
- Ensure timely completion of service requests.
- For Service Manager: Lead the service team, assign daily service calls, monitor performance, maintain service quality, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Electronics,



Electrical, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in servicing Sharp photocopiers.
- Hands-on experience with Sharp multifunction devices.
- Knowledge of copier troubleshooting, networking, firmware updates, and preventive maintenance.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Willingness to travel to client locations across Kerala.

Preferred Skills

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
- Experience handling customer complaints and service coordination.
- Ability to work independently and manage service schedules.
- Leadership and team management skills (for Service Manager).
