- Help plan vehicle routes and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely dispatch
- Track shipments and vehicle movements
- Update delivery status in systems or spreadsheets
- Maintain transport records (invoices, delivery notes, permits)
- Act as a point of contact between drivers, warehouses, and customers
- Handle basic customer queries regarding delivery status
- Report delays, breakdowns, or route issues
- Assist in resolving operational problems
- Update logistics software or Excel sheets
- Prepare easy daily/weekly reports
- Basic knowledge of logistics/transport operations
- Good communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Excel
- Ability to multitask and coordinate
- Problem-solving mindset
