Designation: Senior Accountant
Department: Accounts & Finance
Organization: Shree Medishine Hospital, Raipur
Reporting To: Account HOD / Hospital Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Management & Supervision
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with hospital financial policies.
- Maintain and monitor all financial transactions, ledgers, and statements.
- Supervise the preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
- Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor expenses against approved budgets.
- Implement cost control measures and ensure effective financial utilization of hospital resources.
- Billing & Reconciliation
- Supervise patient billing, collection, and reconciliation processes.
- Coordinate with insurance and TPA departments for timely claim settlements.
- Ensure accuracy in vendor payments, salary processing, and reimbursements.
- Statutory Compliance
- Ensure timely payment and filing of statutory dues (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.).
- Liaise with auditors, banks,



and government authorities for compliance matters.
- Team Management
- Lead and guide the accounts team in day-to-day operations.
- Allocate work, review performance, and ensure timely task completion.
- MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS reports for management review.
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Audit & Internal Controls
- Coordinate internal and external audits.
- Ensure accuracy and transparency in all accounting records.

Experience Requirement:

- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in hospital accounting or healthcare finance management.
- Strong knowledge of hospital billing systems, TPA coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Office applications.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
