Job Description: We are seeking an experienced US Statistical Reporting Analyst with hands-on expertise in NAIC statutory and statistical reporting within the US Insurance domain . The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting accurate regulatory reports in compliance with NAIC and state-level insurance requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Responsibilities: Prepare, analyze, and file NAIC statutory and statistical reports for US insurance entities (Life / P&C; / Health, as applicable).
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of annual, quarterly, and supplemental NAIC filings .
- Support state-specific insurance regulatory filings and respond to regulator queries and data calls.
- Collaborate with actuarial, finance, underwriting, and data teams to resolve reporting discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with NAIC Statutory Accounting Principles (SAP) and evolving regulatory guidelines.
- Assist in audits, internal reviews, and regulatory examinations.
- Document reporting processes, controls, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation and process improvements.
- Qualifications: 3–6 years of hands-on experience in US NAIC Statistical / Statutory Reporting .
- Solid understanding of US insurance statistical reporting frameworks and NAIC requirements.
- Prior experience working in the Insurance domain (P&C;, Life, or Health).
- Proficiency in interpreting NAIC instructions, state regulations, data calls and statutory accounting rules.
- Experience working with large datasets and financial systems.
