Key Responsibilities:

Client management:

- Meet & surpass the client expectations
- Interact directly with clients

Delivery management:

- Successfully independently deliver variety of research assignments across M&A;, Equity/Debt Capital Markets, and Advisory, including equity/credit modeling, company tear sheets, industry research, pitchbooks, peer comps, precedent transaction comps, M&A; valuations, and news & impact analysis
- Deliver private company valuation for PE/VC clients, advisory firms, companies, and start-ups
- Deliver and achieve 100% client satisfaction

Marketing, business development, organization development support

- Support on collaterals and samples
- Contribute towards marketing and thought leadership content

Educational, experience, and skills requirements:
- Graduate/ post-graduate in any faculty from a reputed institution




- Over 3 years of investment banking/equity research experience with investment banks (preferred), sell-side firms, and KPOs (preferred)
- Hands-on experience in delivering on areas including equity modeling/valuation (DCF, SOTP, RV), initiation coverage notes, investment idea generation, industry research, pitchbooks, peer comps, precedent transaction comps, and M&A; valuation
- Need sound financial/cash flow modeling skills, positive analytical writing skills, idea generation capability, and specialization in multiple industries is desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical, detail oriented, self-motivated
- Proven client management experience
- Hands-on experience on 3rd party databases is mandatory
