- Clear verbal communication and polite telephone etiquette to handle guest orders accurately.Ability to record orders precisely, confirm special requests, and avoid errors.Effective handling of multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining service quality.Familiarity with food and beverage offerings, including dietary options and promotions.Strong collaboration with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely delivery.Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction and complaint resolution.
