- Programming: Proficiency in Core Java programming.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Code Development & Debugging:
- - Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code under the guidance of senior developers.
- Assist in troubleshooting and debugging issues in back-end systems.
- Collaborating with Teams:
- - Work alongside front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and system admins to understand and implement new features.
- Testing & Optimization:
- - Assist in writing unit tests using frameworks like JUnit to ensure code quality.
- Perform basic performance optimizations to improve system efficiency.
- Database Management:
- - Assist in designing and optimizing database schemas for efficient data storage.
- Help in writing queries for relational (MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Basic understanding of software development principles and backend technologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team workplace.
- Prior experience in Banking domain would be an added advantage
