Role Overview

We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist who can drive leads, conversions, and visibility across digital platforms. This role blends paid ads, website optimization, SEO, and Google My Business (GMB) to build a strong growth engine for Rare Fiction Media.

Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ROAS
- Run A/B tests on creatives, copies, and landing pages
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, GTM

Website & Conversion Optimization

- Manage and optimize company website (WordPress/Webflow/Custom)
- Improve landing page conversion rates
- Ensure:
- Fast load speed
- Mobile responsiveness
- Clean UX/UI
- Work with design/content team for high-converting pages

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

- Keyword research & content strategy
- On-page SEO (meta tags, headers, internal linking)
- Technical SEO (site speed, indexing, schema basics)
- Off-page SEO (backlinks, authority building)
- Track rankings and organic growth

Google My Business (GMB)

- Optimize and manage GMB profile
- Improve local SEO rankings




- Handle reviews & reputation management
- Post regular updates/offers
- Track calls, direction clicks, and engagement

Required Skills

- Solid understanding of performance marketing funnels
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console)
- Experience in website CMS platforms
- Analytical mindset (data → insights → action)
- Basic understanding of creative strategy (ads that convert)

Bonus (Nice to Have)

- Experience with video ad creatives
- Understanding of content marketing & social media
- Familiarity with local business marketing (restaurants, cafes, etc.)
- Basic design sense (not mandatory)
