- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with application server environments and deployment processes.
- Ability to develop scalable and maintainable enterprise-level applications.
- Familiarity with database integration and query optimization techniques.
- Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of applications.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
