Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations for loans and insurance products. The candidate will be responsible for business development, team handling, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets in loan and insurance segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales of loan products such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, vehicle loans, and insurance products.
- Achieve monthly and yearly business targets.
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales teams and relationship officers.
- Develop customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor branch profitability, portfolio quality, and compliance standards.
- Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and local marketing campaigns.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely loan processing.
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and branch-level problem resolution.
- Maintain coordination with credit, operations, and insurance partners.
- Prepare daily,



weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Qualification

- Experience in NBFC, Banking, Microfinance, or Insurance industry.
- Proven track record in branch sales and team handling.
