The Role

We're looking for a Social Media Coordinator who is equal parts creative, strategic, and hands-on. This is not a 9 to 5 — it's a startup role, which means you'll wear many hats, move rapid, and grow faster. You'll own our entire social media presence across platforms, lead influencer partnerships, and be the face and voice behind our content.

What You'll Do

- Social Media Management — Own and manage Peacoski's presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and Twitter — Plan, schedule and publish content in advance across all platforms using social media tools — Monitor performance, track analytics and continuously optimise content strategy
- Content Creation & Editing — Generate fresh, relevant content ideas across product,



behind the scenes, educational, founder and entertainment formats — Write scripts, appear on camera, shoot and edit reels — end to end. Strong editing skills are non negotiable. — Record voiceovers for reels, ads and other marketing content — Create graphics, creatives and visual assets using Canva and other design tools
- Influencer Marketing — Identify, reach out to and build relationships with relevant influencers in the fashion and jewelry space — Negotiate deals, manage collaborations and ensure deliverables are received on time and to standard — Track influencer campaign performance and report results
- Startup Responsibilities — Jump into whatever the business needs — customer support, product shoots, campaign ideation, market research and more — Be a team player — at Peacoski we keep the company above ourselves and help each other without being asked
- WhatsApp Marketing — Manage and execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for product launches, promotions and customer communication using WhatsApp API tool - Zoko.

Skills & Tools

- Must Have: Comfortable on camera, strong communication, video editing (CapCut), Canva, content writing and scripting
- Social Media Tools:



Buffer / Later.com, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter / X
- AI Tools: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, Nano Banana
- Bonus Points: Passion for fashion and jewelry, influencer network, basic photography, Meta Ads knowledge.
