Job Overview:

We are looking for skilled and motivated Splicers to join our growing field operations team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for the critical installation, maintenance, and splicing of fiber optic cables. Key Responsibilities:

- Splicing Operations: Perform fusion splicing, termination, and testing of fiber optic cables in various field environments.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve fiber faults, network disruptions, and signal losses using OTDR and power meters.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs of splicing data, test results, and material usage.
- Installation & Maintenance Work

Key Requirements

- Location: Must be a resident of Pune (any area in Pune).
- Experience: * For Experienced Splicers:



1–3 years of hands-on experience with fusion splicing machines and fiber testing tools.
- Skills: Valuable hand-eye coordination, understanding of color codes, and basic problem-solving abilities.
- For Freshers/Trainees: No prior experience required; strong willingness to learn technical skills during a 3 to 6 month training period.
