We are seeking a Junior Architect / Design Lead to join our team.

The role involves leading architectural design development, preparing and coordinating 2D drawings and 3D visualizations, managing documentation, coordinating with consultants and supporting site supervision to ensure the design intent is carried through to execution.

The ideal candidate should have solid design sensibility, solid technical knowledge and the ability to handle projects independently while collaborating effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and support architectural design development.
- Prepare and coordinate 2D drawings, working drawings, and 3D visuals.
- Review design details, drawings, and documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants and site teams.




- Support site supervision and quality control.
- Ensure design intent, accuracy, and execution standards are maintained.

Requirements

- B.Arch or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently.
- Your own vehicle for commuting to sites.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
