Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Work extensively with Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Filters.
- Handle TPA documentation.
- Manage empanelment and renewal documentation with TPAs and corporate clients.
- Process and maintain claim-related documentation accurately.
- Maintain proper records and documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
- Work on various TPA portals for documentation, claim status, and related activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth documentation and claim processes.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Filters).
- Experience in TPA documentation.
- Experience in empanelment and renewal documentation.
- Knowledge of claim documentation and processing.
- Strong record maintenance and documentation skills.
- Hands-on experience with TPA portals.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling CGHS, Delhi Police, and Corporate empanelment and renewals.
