– Strong command over written English (grammatically correct written English)
– Command over French language to assist the client through email, chat or phone
– Customer Support – Assist the customer process and solve Customer queries.
– Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt responses and query resolution
– Coordinate with internal team for issue resolving & coordination with customer
– To ensure that tasks are completed daily and in a timely manner
– Respond to customers in tickets issues, follow-ups, etc.
