Job description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Accounts Head to lead our Accounts Department.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the accounting team and day-to-day operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Prepare MIS reports and present financial performance to management
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and banks
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations
- Review and implement internal controls and financial policies
- Oversee payroll, vendor payments, and receivables
- Drive cost optimization and financial efficiency

Requirements:

Education : Degree in Accounting/Finance must.

Qualification:

- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Willingness to work with dedication and integrity.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, GST & TDS filing.

Salary:

Based in forward industry and expenditure.
