Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Applications Manager to assist students in filing their

university applications accurately and efficiently. The role primarily involves entering

student-provided information into application portals, ensuring accuracy, and managing

documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

● Accurately fill out university application forms based on student-provided information.

● Review and verify student documents for completeness and correctness.

● Maintain organized records of applications and update their statuses.

● Coordinate with students to collect missing details or resolve any discrepancies.

● Work closely with the admissions and counselling teams to ensure smooth application

processing.





● Stay updated with different university portals and application requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Solid attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

● Proficiency in operating computers and using online application portals.

● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.

● Good communication skills for interacting with students and team members.

● Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously and meet deadlines.

● Prior experience in education consultancy or university applications is a plus.
