Job Description

· Technical

- Shall be a Subject Matter Expert in Hydraulics capable of Designing Complex Hydraulic Circuits, based on the functional needs of application, by hand or in any hydraulic software (preferably in HydroSym) for Industrial / Construction Equipment and hydraulic power pack applications
- Prepare 2D & 3D Assembly Drawings with cost effective and innovative solutions to system requirements and discuss with customers and propose solutions to customers
- Conduct and lead CFT Meetings
- Provide Technical Support on hydraulic products, application of products and hydraulic systems recommendations
- Trouble Shooting in inhouse test facility and in customer machines in customer plant and end customer locations
- Perform Market price Evaluation, Costing & Quotation Preparation and Submit to RSM
- Design, Support for Development, Test and deliver professional reports/documents on custom hydraulic integrated circuits to conform to customer requirements and be accountable for creation and accuracy of Techno-Commercial proposals to assure thoroughness and correctness.
- Support for Project Management – Planning Monitoring & Controlling with necessary Escalation
- Conduct Technical Trainings to Partners

· Project Execution

- Plan, Collect activity status from multiple stake holders, monitor and control assigned projects and report to management on regular basis on Cost, Quality and Delivery of the projects
- Effectively drive the assigned projects as a project lead
- Proactive risk mitigation and contingency planning
- Work closely with regional managers / customers to coordinate and development custom hydraulic integrated circuits based on customer input.
- Collaborate regularly with design engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing.




- Generate full cost analysis breakdowns for accurate sales quotations with support from costing teams

· Around 10% to 20% of time whenever required - Domestic travel to customer places and field visits for technical support in case of customer meetings and field issues

- Field support for installation and hands-on trouble shooting of AH Products
- Work on site with customers to develop new circuits and commission the circuits.
- Assist customers with hands-on trouble shooting
- Support to Regional Sales Managers in technical discussions with customers
- Communicate and provide technical support to sales managers and Technical Teams

Qualification

· B.E. with 7 to 8 yrs experience in Hydraulics Manufacturing Industry or Diploma with 10+ yrs experience in Hydraulics Manufacturing Industry

· Preferable to have certificate course in Hydraulics

· Essential Experience in

o Creo for 3D modelling and 2d Drafting

o MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint

· Preferable Experience in

o In any one of the Hydraulic software on Circuit building and Manifold Designing.

o SAP, Windchill

o MS Project

· Preferable Experience in working with global teams and handling global stake holders

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
