Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing architectural and construction projects from design through completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, budget control, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Review drawings, BOQs, bills, and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits and resolve project-related issues.
- Oversee procurement and vendor coordination.
- Prepare progress reports and maintain project records.
- Ensure successful project handover within scope, time, and budget.





Required Skills

- Solid project planning and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction methods, BOQs, and project management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in architectural or construction project management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹2,137,451.72 per month
