Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Duty Officer to oversee daily operations and ensure our guests receive top-tier service. You will be the point of contact for guest issues and the bridge between different hotel departments during your shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Oversight: Supervise front-of-house operations to ensure smooth check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests.
- Guest Relations: Handle guest complaints or special requests with diplomacy and efficiency.
- Safety & Security: Act as the primary person in charge during the shift for any emergency situations or security concerns.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of the day’s events and conduct shift briefings for the incoming team.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of the lobby and public areas to ensure they meet brand standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education:



* A Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, OR
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in the hotel industry (Front Office or Operations preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of Hotel Management Software (PMS).
- Problem-solving mindset and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
