Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering(only Diploma students are eligible)
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Must own a 2-wheeler and possess a valid Driving License
- Willingness to travel extensively and work at different project locations
- Comfortable working in field-based roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in telecom fiber network deployment activities, including cable ducting, trenching, cable blowing, and splicing
- Support project execution while ensuring quality standards and timely completion
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and field teams for smooth project operations
- Monitor daily site progress and report updates to the Area Manager
- Assist in managing materials, manpower, and site-related activities
- Follow company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures during field operations
