Job Summary

The MIS (Management Information System) Executive is responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing, and maintaining business data to generate accurate reports and dashboards that support management in decision-making. The role requires excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, verify, and consolidate data from various departments.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Create and maintain dashboards and performance reports for management.
- Analyze business data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Develop automated reports using Advanced Excel.
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and data records.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely submission of data.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data and information.
- Assist management with business analysis and operational reporting.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Excel).
- Proficiency in Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,



INDEX-MATCH, IF Functions, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and Power Query (preferred).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage large volumes of data.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of Google Sheets is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Power BI, SQL, or ERP software is preferred.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in Advanced Excel or MIS is preferred.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar reporting role.
- Freshers with solid Advanced Excel skills may also apply.

Reporting To

- Operations Manager / Finance Manager / Business Head (as applicable)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
