Creative Executive

We’re looking for a Creative Executive who can turn ideas into scroll-stopping, brand-building, campaign-worthy creative work. You’ll help us create concepts, visuals, copy ideas, and campaigns that make people pause, click, and remember us.

Responsibilities

- Develop creative ideas for digital campaigns, social media, ads, videos, and brand communication.
- Work with designers, writers, marketers, and founders to bring campaigns to life.
- Create campaign concepts, content hooks, ad ideas, scripts, captions, and visual directions.
- Research trends, formats, memes, and competitor campaigns.
- Support brand storytelling across social, web, email, and performance marketing.
- Use AI tools for ideation, moodboarding, references, productivity, and faster creative exploration where relevant.
- Brainstorm new ways to communicate product features and brand messages.




- Help build creative processes as the company grows.

Requirement and Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in creative, advertising, digital marketing, branding, or content roles.
- Robust ideation and communication skills.
- Ability to think visually and write sharp copy.
- Understanding of social media trends and digital content formats.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve creative efficiency without replacing original thinking.
- Comfortable experimenting, taking feedback, and improving ideas quickly.
- Startup mindset: proactive, curious, ownership-driven, and not afraid of blank pages.
