Job Title: Site Engineer / Site Supervisor
Location: Panchgani, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at our project site in Panchgani. The candidate will be responsible for supervising in office work, ensuring quality standards are met, managing labour, and coordinating with contractors and vendors to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site operations and monitor construction progress
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Manage labour, subcontractors, and material usage
- Maintain site records, reports, and measurement sheets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers
- Ensure timely completion of tasks within budget
- Monitor quality control and safety compliance

Requirements:





- Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
- 0-8 years of site supervision or construction experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and materials
- Ability to manage manpower efficiently
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Willingness to stay on-site (food & accommodation provided)

Preferred Skills:

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Leadership and team coordination skills
