We are looking for a hands-on AI Ops Engineer to operationalize and support LLM and agentic AI workflows across enterprise systems. The role involves prompt engineering, debugging AI pipelines, monitoring agent behavior, and ensuring seamless orchestration across platforms like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and fine-tune prompts for enterprise LLM use cases.

- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot agentic AI applications.

- Diagnose issues related to prompts, model configuration, APIs, memory, or tool usage.

- Build diagnostics & playbooks for LLM failures with fallback and retry strategies.

- Integrate AI agents with systems like Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence via REST APIs/webhooks.

- Implement observability for model outputs, latency,



and agent performance.

- Contribute to self-healing, alerting, and production-grade AI workflow reliability.

Required:

- 3–6 yrs in Software Engineering / DevOps / MLOps with AI/LLM exposure.

- Robust prompt engineering + experience with GPT/Claude/LLaMA.

- Understanding of AIOps (incident triage, RCA, summarization, etc.).

- Knowledge of agentic AI architectures: LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI.

- Python scripting, REST APIs, debugging skills.

Nice to Have: Glean, DevRev, Cursor, Codium, Atlassian AI, Databricks Mosaic AI.
