What You'll Own

As our Brand & Content Manager, you'll be responsible for shaping how Umay Benaras is seen and experienced across every digital touchpoint.

You'll own:

- Monthly content strategy and planning
- Research, trend analysis and content performance reviews
- Scriptwriting (hooks, storytelling, captions & CTAs)
- Fashion shoot planning, styling and creative direction
- Reviewing edits to ensure premium brand quality
- Instagram, Stories and content publishing strategy
- Brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Creative systems, trackers and workflow management

You're Likely a Great Fit If You...

- Have a background in Fashion, Textile, Apparel or Luxury Retail (education or professional experience).
- Have hands-on experience planning and executing fashion shoots—not just ideating them.
- Understand fabrics, styling, colour combinations and premium product presentation.




- Can naturally visualise the final output before execution begins.
- Understand Instagram beyond trends—hooks, storytelling, customer psychology and analytics.
- Are organised, detail-oriented and enjoy taking ownership.
- Constantly research, observe and look for ways to improve your craft.
- Believe that great execution is just as important as great ideas.

Bonus Points If You...

- Have worked with a luxury, premium or ethnicwear brand.
- Have independently directed fashion shoots.
- Understand photography, lighting, framing and production.
- Have contributed to growing a brand's digital presence.
- Can balance creativity with practicality and business thinking.

We're looking for someone who shares that philosophy and wants to build something meaningful over the long term.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
