- Prepare and verify purchase bills in the ERP/software.
- Upload and maintain purchase bill supporting documents in the system.
- Create and maintain material masters, including:
- Material Category
- Material Sub-Category
- Material Name
- Unit of Measurement (UOM)
- Item Specifications
- Ensure all material records are accurate and updated.
- Maintain stores and inventory data in the software.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Stores, and Accounts departments for smooth material processing.
- Verify invoices against Purchase Orders (POs), Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and delivery challans.
- Assist in stock reconciliation and inventory management.
- Maintain proper documentation of purchase-related records.
- Support implementation of inventory controls and standard material coding.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Purchase/Stores, preferably in the Mining, Construction Equipment, or Heavy Machinery industry.
- Good knowledge of:
- Mining consumables
- Mechanical spare parts
- Electrical spares
- Hydraulic parts
- Lubricants, oils, filters, fasteners, hoses, bearings, cutting tools,



welding consumables, and other industrial materials.
- Strong understanding of:
- Material Categories and Sub-Categories
- Material Coding/Naming Standards
- Purchase Bills
- Purchase Orders (PO)
- Goods Receipt Notes (GRN)
- Inventory Management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Inventory software.
- Positive documentation and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

- Graduate in Commerce, Science, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
- Diploma or degree related to Mechanical Engineering or Supply Chain will be an added advantage.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and industry knowledge.
