Urgent Opening for Storekeeper

Location: Bandra, Mumbai

Job Description:

· To take inventory of all store items on periodic basis and to prepare the MIS of the same.

· To ensure that all the invoices, challans etc are properly filed in a systematic manner.

· To monitor and check for the expiry dates of goods and to keep aside a stock of all expired goods.

· To prepare the list of expiry dates of various goods and to ensure the circulation of the list to concerned functional department heads.

· To monitor par levels of all items and to maintain the records of the same.

· To ensure that all goods arrived are as per the specification of purchase order.

· To authorize rejection of damaged, unacceptable or incorrect items.

· To ensure that all stores requisitions are authorized by the respective functional department heads.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
