Role: Business Development Associate (ROW)
Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work From Office)
Shift: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (based on the assigned region)
Work Schedule: 6 days a week with one rotational weekday off (Saturday & Sunday are mandatory working days)
Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with international parents through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video meetings
- Understand each student's learning needs and recommend the most suitable BrightCHAMPS programs
- Guide parents in selecting the right learning path for their child
- Convert qualified leads into enrollments through a consultative sales approach
- Address objections effectively while communicating the value of our programs




- Keep CRM records updated and ensure timely follow-ups
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Who Can Apply?
- Graduates from any discipline (Freshers are welcome to apply)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented sales environment
- Must have a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
