- 5–6 years in OSD pharmaceutical manufacturing. or 3-5 yrs.

Responsibilities

§ Production Operations: Execute daily production activities according to the approved plan, supervising dispensing, granulation, blending, compression, coating, capsule filling, and packing operations.

§ Line Clearance & Readiness: Ensure proper line clearance before initiating manufacturing, and verify the availability of all necessary materials, equipment, and documents prior to batch execution.

§ Process Monitoring: Monitor critical process parameters during manufacturing to ensure batch completion within planned timelines.

§ Documentation & GMP Compliance: Prepare and review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), maintain accurate and timely documentation in GMP records.

§ Audit Readiness:



Maintain production areas in an audit-ready condition and participate in both internal and external audits.

§ Equipment & Maintenance: Coordinate with the Engineering department for maintenance activities, and ensure the proper cleaning and operation of manufacturing equipment.

§ Team Management & Training: Allocate manpower based on production requirements, prepare SOPs, and train recent employees on SOPs and GMP guidelines.

Safety & Compliance: Promote safe working practices, report unsafe conditions immediately, and monitor discipline and housekeeping
