Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and practical experience in AI tools, APIs, and AI-powered application development. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing scalable web applications, integrating AI services, and implementing intelligent features using modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN Stack.
- Build responsive, scalable, and secure web applications.
- Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and manage databases using MongoDB.
- Integrate AI models, APIs, and tools into web applications.
- Develop AI-powered features such as chatbots, content generation tools, recommendation engines, automation workflows, and intelligent search systems.
- Work with AI platforms and APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI outputs.




- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing applications.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI advancements, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & QualificationsCore Development Skills

- Strong proficiency in:
- MongoDB
- Express.js
- React.js
- Node.js
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of database design and optimization.
- Experience with Git and version control systems.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization systems (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
- Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.

AI Skills

- Experience integrating AI APIs and LLMs into web applications.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI API, Gemini API, Claude API, or similar AI platforms.
- Knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques.
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
- Familiarity with AI automation tools and AI agents.




- Experience building AI-powered chatbots, assistants, or workflow automation systems.
- Basic understanding of vector databases and embeddings.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools is preferred.

Additional Technical Skills

- Experience with Next.js and TypeScript (preferred).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.
- Understanding of software architecture and scalable application development.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in Full Stack Development.
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
