Role & Responsibilities

Your primary goal is to pitch and sell Zen Hub’s digital and AI solutions to local businesses (retailers, wholesalers, manufacturers, and service providers) and invite them into our business community.

- Field Visits: Visit local businesses and shop owners in and around Karaikal.
- Pitch Website & App Solutions: Onboard clients for professional Website Development and introduce our Customized App Solutions tailored to their specific business needs.
- Introduce AI Automation: Educate business owners on how to scale using our AI Micro SaaS apps, AI Voice Agents, and Agentic AI Software (designed to automate customer service, booking, and operations).
- Promote EdTech: Drive awareness and sales for our Online Learning Solutions.
- Community Building:



Convince business owners to join our exclusive WhatsApp/digital merchant community for networking and tech updates.

Compensation & Earnings (Performance-Based)

There is no fixed monthly salary initially. Earnings are completely uncapped and reward active deal-closers:

- Flat 10% Commission: Earn a flat 10% of the total project value for every Website Development service or Customized App sold.
- AI & Software Sales Incentives: High-margin commissions on every AI Micro SaaS subscription or AI Voice Agent contract closed.
- EdTech Referral Bonus: Instant payouts for enrolling students/professionals into our Online Learning Solutions.
- Travel / Petrol Allowance: Petrol reimbursement provided based on verified field visits and target milestones.

Potential Earnings: Active performers can easily clear ₹5,000 – ₹10,000+ per month depending on closed tech contracts and onboarding volume. Requirements

- Good Tamil communication (ability to explain tech benefits in simple terms to local shop owners)
- Smartphone with WhatsApp
- Strong knowledge of the Karaikal local market area
- Confidence in speaking with business owners and managers
- Two-wheeler preferred for field visits
