- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management processes and workflows.
- Experience in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues within CRM environments.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
