Position: Textile Counter Staff

Experience: Freshers/Experienced
Qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting fabrics, garments, and textile products.
- Provide product information, pricing, and promotional details.
- Maintain attractive product displays and organized counters.
- Handle billing, cash transactions, and customer enquiries.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
- Ensure excellent customer service and build customer relationships.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the showroom.

Requirements

- Good communication and customer service skills.




- Friendly and qualified attitude.
- Basic computer and billing system knowledge.
- Ability to work in a retail showroom environment.
- Previous experience in textiles, retail, or sales is an advantage.
