We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer with experience in sheet metal fabrication, weldment design, reverse engineering, and manufacturing drawings. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GD&T;, nesting, and fabrication processes for industrial machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop sheet metal and weldment components using CAD software.
- Prepare detailed manufacturing and fabrication drawings.
- Perform reverse engineering from existing products/components.
- Create nesting layouts for optimized material utilization.
- Apply GD&T; standards and tolerance analysis in designs.
- Coordinate with production and fabrication teams for manufacturability.
- Support machine development, modifications, and product improvements.
- Conduct basic structural/mechanical analysis when required.
- Ensure designs comply with quality and industrial standards.
- Knowledge about hydraulics

Experience in CAD software such as:

- SolidWorks 1 or 2 years experience

Qualification

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Relevant industry experience preferred.
