Opening: Sand plant supervisors' / Operators'

Location: Sulur, Coimbatore

Qualification: Any

Salary Range: Rs.18,000/- to Rs.27,000/-

HR: +91-XXXXXXXXXX

· To prepare the sand for moulding process

· To control the Muller and plant by using control panels & PLC

· To ensure the level of bentonite and coal dust in hopper

· To top up the water tank for the mixing operation

· To maintain the house keeping in control room

· To avoid breakdowns with the work

· If any breakdown occurs inform to maintenance team and co-operates with them

· To ensure the raw material availability for the daily production planning

· To ensure the sand properties by sand testing in every one hour of the day

· If any variation noticed in the sand properties to correct the process

· To maintain the return sand hopper level in the sand preparing progress

· To arrange the new sand for adding at the SBC

· To maintain the house keeping in the floor

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
